In the event of non-delivery due to incorrect information provided by the User (such as wrong address or contact details), any extra cost towards re-delivery shall be borne by the User.

Payment gateways may take 24 to 48 hours to confirm payments for fraud verification. Order processing and shipment timelines begin only after payment confirmation.
